The Ever Given vessel is docked at the ECT Delta terminal in Amazonehaven, where all transcontinental containers will be unloaded.

According to Evergreen's update, the ship is expected to unload nearly half of its cargo containers at the port of Rotterdam, and the rest will be unloaded at the port of Felixstowe on August 8.

The Panamanian-flagged vessel will sail directly from Rotterdam to a UK port after it was announced the postponement of a call at Hamburg due to "concerns surrounding maritime safety".

Containers with a destination port in Hamburg will be transferred to the container ship Ever Utile, 5,652TEU to continue their journey to the major German port.

Ever Given, one of the world's largest container ships, ran aground in the Suez Canal during high winds on March 23, disrupting traffic in both directions and disrupting global supply chains.

About 15% of the world's ocean freight passes through the Suez Canal, the shortest shipping route between Europe and Asia.

The 400-meter (1,312-foot) vessel, carrying about 18,300 containers, left Egypt on July 7, 106 days after being held in the southern part of the Suez Canal.
